Period after abortion

I got an abortion Jan. 11, I was only about 5 weeks and 3 days along. Never had any bleeding afterwards, and still have yet to get a real period. Occasionally I have spotting which ranges from brown-red blood but no actual period. It’s been over 5 weeks, and not having my period is worrying me. The dr said it was possible the procedure would not be successful due to being so early. Do you think I’m still pregnant ?! Kinda freaking out 😫 please don’t judge,
