Scared I might be pregnant... AGAIN

So, I gave birth on 12/5/19 and I haven’t gotten my PP period yet. I’m mainly breastfeeding but occasionally supplement with formula or expressed milk in a bottle so i know that can keep your cycle from coming. I know breastfeeding isn’t 100% effective when it comes to “birth control” and we stupidly didn’t use protection but I have no idea if I’m even ovulating again or not. Are there signs for ovulation BEFORE a period returns?

May be TMI but he never finished inside of me but I’m worried about Precum. I’m planning to take a test next Friday to hopefully get a more accurate read since it’ll be 2 weeks. Unless there’s a pregnancy test I can take sooner for an accurate read?

I’m so scared and absolutely CANNOT have another kid so soon. Once I get the results of the test, hopefully negative, I’ll be getting back on birth control ASAP. I feel like I can’t enjoy sex now that I’ve conceived bc prior to my pregnancy we didn’t think I could get pregnant! Now that I know I can I’m freaking out.
