Stopping breastfeeding cold turkey at 15m
I have to get on medication, and I can’t breastfeed while on it. I feel horrible as my son is still nursing. But my mental health has gotten bad, so I really need to get back on meds.
Is this ok that I do this? Is he going to be ok?
He mainly only nurses around nap time. So maybe 3-4 times at most
