Light pink spotting

Hi everyone, I am 5 weeks pregnant and panicking. The other day I had what I figured was implantation bleeding. It was light pink and lasted literally a couple minutes. Tonight I have cramps and I checked my cervix a few times and have had that bleeding again. Very light pink and not much at all. I know I need to quit checking my cervix but I am a very panicky person. Please tell me this is normal (or at least my fault for bothering my cervix) and that everything will be ok!
