Is it possible to go for an ultrasound and only see a gestational sac and yolk sac at 5weeks 6 days and then go back at 6weeks 2 days and see the little pole and heart beat?

Yup very possible. With my youngest we only saw wat they thought was the sac, couldn’t confirm at the time, and at right before 7weeks we had another scan n there she was.

Very possible. Mine only had the sac with nothing in it. I went back after a week and I saw what should have been there. Turned out that I was just super early.

Yes. Everything is developing so incredibly fast at this stage. It also sometimes happens if baby's are at a ,,weird" angle or the machine is not that good.
