Preparing for another loss

I’ve had two prior losses at the 4-5 week mark so I’ve been doing early everything for this one. Went last week for an US and measured what they thought was 5w5d. Went back today, still no heartbeat but they saw a flicker. Not the growth they wanted to see for the fetal pole, but the yolk and gestational sac grew. Also noted a small subchorionic hemorrhage. Got bloodwork done to see what HCG is doing, preparing myself for the worst and being a realist. Bloodwork to date had been fine, just numb at the moment.

Last “period” was also a miscarriage in December so they don’t know when I ovulated. With ultrasound last week they thought due date would have been October 9.
