Potty training advice

I’m having the HARDEST time potty training my almost 3 year old. She hates the way pull ups feel, and training underwear. She will literally have a meltdown and scream “off off off” until they are off. I’ve tried the “letting her run around naked and have her potty close by” method, but she absolutely hates being naked unless she’s taking a bath. The kid will demand clothes the moment she’s out. She will however use the potty just before getting into the bathtub. I’m at a loss. I’m 24+3 weeks and am trying to get her somewhat potty trained before her little sister is here and I just don’t know what to do. Any advice for a worried and slightly stressed momma?
