Husbands help

How much help do you receive from your husband or SO?

My husband has a traveling job, he works 60-70 hrs per week. I truly think that the only thing he helps me with is he will swaddle our son and put him down for the night on the nights he is home, it takes 20 mins tops. Part of me feels bad asking for more help from him because he works so much and when he is home, he’s working remotely. But part of me desperately wants a break. I want to see my friends or I just want to do something for myself, self care. I know my husband is working so hard to support us but I could really use more help from him. Even if it’s just cleaning or something idk what to do. Our relationship is truly going downhill. I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from him. :/
