Bleeding a week after period and reoccuring infection??

I had my period the week of Feb 3rd, ended the 7th, and then I started bleeding again around the 15th (and still am). It’s been super heavy (sometimes with clots) and is heavier in the mornings, and it ranges from straight up blood to pinkish blood. I also keep having a reoccurring yeast infection with it and my pubic area has some sort of itchy rash. I have cramping too and it aches to have sex. I can’t go to the doctor right now cause I’m out of town, but I’m so tired of this. Any ideas what could be going on?? My boyfriend and I are freaking out a lil
