Topicals won’t treat the root cause. It will only come back. You need to treat eczema internally by cutting out inflammatory foods from her diet. And if she’s nursing mom also needs to cut out inflammatory foods

Aquafor after the bath has helped to tone it down. He doesn’t seem to scratch it much though. It is mostly on the tops of his feet.

We use aquaphor after bath and in the morning and the Johnson and Johnson oatmeal bath soap stuff once a week.

Prescription strength hydrocortisone cream as needed. Cerave moisturizing cream twice a day. Oatmeal baths. Dove sensitive moisture. Aquaphore. Cut nails short

The only thing that helps us get rid of the rashes is hydrocortisone prescribed by my sons dr. Other than that we got rid of things that could make it flare up; we love baby dove soaps and lotions! As for the scratching my son just started it sometimes and i hope we can find a solution... i know i never could when growing up bc i have it too lol
