Upset stomach every day 20 weeks

My stomach constantly hurts after eating, absolutely anything. Fried or non-fried foods... it burns and twist and turns. I had my gallbladder out two years ago and it happened frequently before I got it out. Now it’s back but it has only happened this past week of my pregnancy. I take my pills that go under my tongue but can only do that every 6 hours. I try to use the bathroom but my stomach just hurts and burns most of the day.
