Holy hemorrhoids, help me 😭

My first pregnancy I had no hemorrhoids. Thank goodness. I had high hopes this pregnancy would be the same. But nope, it’s horrible. I’m at a loss guys, the pain is almost unbearable. I wish I could blame it on constipation, but I am far from from constipated. It’s being caused by the pressure of my uterus.

Any advice or remedies are welcome. I’m constantly trying to sit in warm water, I do witch hazel, I have cortisone cream 😭 idk what to do
