Advice on supplementing BM w/formula
For the mamas that use a combination of breast milk and formula: do you mix the two together in one bottle? If you do, what is a good ratio (like 50/50 formula and BM)? Or is it best to keep milk and formula in different bottles/feedings?
My son is 16 weeks and has been EBF, but I’ve gone back to work and he’s already consumed ALL of my frozen milk supply. So, I have to start to incorporate formula, which I’m having some mama guilt over!
