Smell & weird itch

So I’ve had sex two times this week, && after the time I started feeling raw down there like sensitivity, like a slight itch. And it smells so bad , like old baby milk & a fish market lol. We used protection for half of it & tried lube. I’m not sure if it is an infection or a allergic reaction

I’m 17 & my mom doesn’t make an appointment for me at the gynecologist she keeps insisting for a reason but not gonna tell her that I’m sexually active. She does know I’ve been before but she keeps pestering me and claims that they won’t want to see me without a good reason ( because she works with lots of different doctors )
