Spotting after pap smear

Hey guys I thought I’d ask here first before I call my OB in the morning to see if anyone else has gone through this.

I’m 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and 2 days ago at my first OB appointment they did a Pap smear. I instantly started bleeding and every time I go to the bathroom since there’s been spotting. Like every time I wipe it’s pink. It’s only a little bit but I’m pretty sure it should’ve stopped by now. I have also had pressure in my lower abdomen that comes and goes. I haven’t had any kind of spotting at all prior to my appointment besides implantation bleeding. I’m trying not to freak out and thinking my body is just taking longer to heal itself from the swab.
