Scan at 10 weeks

I ended up at the out of hours last night due to excruciating pain, they’re pretty sure it’s due to a uti so antibiotics and pain relief have been given but due to a previous mmc they don’t want to rule it out so I’m being sent for a scan tomorrow. I’ll be 10+6. Just wondering if anyone knows if the scan is likely to be internal or external. I had an internal scan at 5 weeks so no issues either way I’m just curious as to wether I need to shave my legs 😂 Thankyou :)
