What is on my babies lip?

My 8 month old has been running a fever for two days now, he got some blisters or pimples i don’t know what they are on his lip and tongue

We just went through hand foot and mouth, I would get him checked out if there’s more than one

And my daughter had HFM twice 😩

Could be the start of hand, foot, and mouth. I'd get him checked out to be sure because it's very contagious.
