TTC with Fluid in my ear

I had a question for anyone out there who is having an IUI or has had an IUI. I was recently diagnosed with fluid in my ears and prescribed Sudafed and a nose spray. My Reproductive doctor says that I can’t take those medicines because that it will dry out my lining before my procedure. I have tried peroxide, hairdryer, and am alcohol and vinegar mixture. I am very dizzy still when I move my head quickly. Does anyone have any other tips for dealing with fluid in your ear when you can’t take decongestants?
