Year check up and fever

Hi I’m a FTM. Well over a week ago Thursday the 13th we went and to the dr for our girls year check up. They said in 7-10 days she might develop a rash or mild fever from the shots. Well since this past Friday 8 days after she has had a fever of 101 to 103. I have been switching on and off Tylenol and Motrin. It helps her fever breaks, but then a bit later her fever comes back. How long do these fevers after the shots typically last and is 101 to 103 mild? She isn’t herself and won’t leave my side. She doesn’t feel well and it breaks my heart. We are thinking the er is next since her fevers keep coming back and isn’t her happy playful self. We pretty much snuggle the whole day and do skin to skin and breastfeed all day long.
