Any tips for swelling in legs and feet? I’ll be 32 weeks tomorrow with twin boys.

nothing worked for me. elevated legs at night and slightly less swollen but once you get up and moving they go right back to being severely swollen.
so mainly stay of your feet as much as you can.

I've really just found that elevating my legs constantly throughout the day will help but not for long 🤦‍♀️

Any tips?
