What are good workouts?
I am 15 years old and I weigh about 185 pounds, I used to be able to wear size 8-10 pants but now I can only wear size 14. I know people tell me I look okay and I am not fat but I would just like to lose a bit of weight so I am comfortable. I am wanting to try some workouts but I don't know any that are good. Can someone give me some suggestions or any advice on how to lose it?
