Do I need to take my baby to ER? Pls help

He has an inner ear temp of 101.4 but a rectal temp of 99.7.
He has been extremely fussy, crying, and won’t eat.
He’s 3 month old

Rectal temperatures are more accurate. You can give him Tylenol to see if that works. Is there a way to get him seen by his doctor instead of going to the ER?

Give Tylenol and wait 30 minutes to an hour and see if it goes down. I had to take my older daughter to the er when she was 6 months because her fever was 103. All they did was rotate Tylenol and Motrin. And sent us home. If the fever goes down, baby will be fine. If not, I would make a trip to the er

Just based on temperature, no. Try tylenol and if the tylenol doesn't work, then go in OR if the temperature lasts 24 hours.
How long has babe been fussy? Any signs of dehydration? Any redness around the ear? How long since a feeding?

That's an elevated temp, not a fever. Like the others have said, give Tylenol / paracetamol and check the temp again in an hour or two. Based on what you've written there's no reason to go to the ER.

Give the baby tylenol and like warm bath .and wait and check temp again .if it does goes higher then go to her
