Hot/cold feeling in lower stomach 9dpo

Hey ladies! So I’m 9dpo. I’ve been having twinges and cramps for about three days now. Nothing like period, more dull,sore, and sharp. Anyway, I woke up today with almost a cold/hot feeling in my lower abdomen. Almost like I put icy hot on my stomach. I took a test and I think I see something but not sure and am going to test again tomorrow. Just curious if anyone had this symptom and got a BFP?? Baby dust to all:)
