Flu 😰

Mamas, tips and tricks please. My stepdaughter was at her moms this weekend and is coming back to us today with the flu. I am 13w5d pregnant and we have an 8mo old. How to I prevent us from getting this? I have asked my husband to have her get a shower when she gets to our house and throw her coat and clothes she wore today at her moms in the washer. That way she can wash doctors office germs off her and get into some clean jammies and feel better. My son and I both had the flu shot, but so did she so whatever strain she got is resistant. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Obviously I have told my husband no contact with the baby or his toys. Any other suggestions.???
