Best prenatal?
I’ve been taking women’s one a day prenatal since we started trying. I don’t have anything negative to say about it but I’m looking to start a different brand. My LO is 6 months EBF, my hair is falling out like crazy (I knows they say it’s normal) and my nails are breaking like no other. Any recommendations on a good pretnatal to help hair skin and nails also? TIA
