I can’t believe this happened

I just wanted to share this with people who would understand. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 6 years. I have PCOS and don’t ovulate on my own. We finally decided/were able to get assistance from a physician this year. My doctor immediately put me on Clomid and provera (to start my cycle). The first two cycles (50 and 100 mg) I didn’t ovulate so he prescribed 150 mg. I finally ovulated the 3rd cycle. I have continued Clomid 150 mg for the last two months (I’m on cycle 5) and I have ovulated both months. So, I took an opk this morning and got a flashy smiley and I am over the moon because even though I ovulated the last two cycles, I never got anything except for that big open circle on an ovulation test. Not in the 5 years before seeking doctor assistance. Not in any of the previous 4 cycles. And I am over the moon excited. My family and friends are supportive but none of them really get it because they haven’t experienced it.

So I’m sharing it with you guys too. Because you’ll understand.
