Date raped

I’m afraid... and feeling alone. I was assaulted exactly week ago. I did not go to the authorities and don’t know if I will because I’m having such a difficult time processing everything. I have no symptoms but has it been long enough to be tested for STI’s? I’m shaken. I know my assailant. Do I need to wait longer? Sorry if this is all over the place I’m struggling to get the words out
