Best friend being abused by her children’s father

He beats her up, takes the rent money, took her phone away, smells her vagina when she comes from work and harasses her job to the point she got fired. He verbally abuses the kids they share together. He stopped her from all communication with friends and family. As much as we tell her to leave and come stay with loved ones she won’t leave. All I can do is pray for her. Should I just leave it alone and stop talking to her all together?
