Kind of Concerned

This Is My 3rd pregnancy. I Have A 2 Year Old and Just Recently Had A Miscarriage In July of 2019 & Just Found Out I’m Pregnant Again. About 9 Weeks Pregnant. I Have Really Horrible Abdomen and Lower Back Pain,I Cant Eat ANYTHING Without Throwing Every Single Thing I Eat Back Up,Constant Headaches. I Spotted Light Brown To Dark Brown For About 2 Weeks Before Finding Out I’m Pregnant. Now It’s Really Light Brown. Should I Just Go To The Er or Wait On My Dr Appointment??
