When to call doctor??

I got my first BFP yesterday, and a digital confirmation this morning. I had a very early miscarriage in November. I know I should call my doctor to set up an appointment especially because of my history of miscarriages( I have had 2, and one healthy pregnancy) they like to check my progesterone, and start me on supplements if needed, but I’m so scared. I was started on progesterone in November, but I still miscarried. My lines are still faint at 10 DPO, so I’m just worried it will end. Do you think I should call today? I know this is probably a silly question, but this is pregnancy after miscarriage. I’m terrified.
