So I’m 29+3 weeks I’ve had bad dirreha all day, braxton hicks are comming and going, my lower backs really sore, i just feel bruised and I can’t lift with my left hand without getting a really sharpe nerve pain init. I see my doctor in a week but just worried babies moving great what would you do helpppp
