Idk how to go about bringing this back up

Some backstory my husband and I are high school sweethearts. We married almost 3 years ago and have a 7 month old now. Not long after we got married I found out he was sexting women through these online dating websites. Apparently it had been going on for months and it was crazy to think he was being so secretive about it. I wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t gone and looked on his phone one night. I decided to stay although I was really on the verge of leaving him but decided to give him another chance. We did counseling for a bit which helped like right before having our son. Since having our son we haven’t been back to counseling, he’s been a great father and does try to make sure I’m okay and all that.

I definitely still have underlying trust issues with him since I was so hurt by what he had done in the past I definitely don’t feel over it completely 100%. A few weeks ago I went on his Facebook and saw that he had searched a girl, her name was in his search history and I’ve never heard of her before. I didn’t mention anything to him but then later on he asks me who she was “because he didn’t search her?” It was weird. I was like I don’t know who that is, they are in your search history so obviously you searched her... he said he didn’t 😑 I said so did Facebook just randomly put some random girls name on your history he said yes.... I literally was just taken aback on how stupid the whole situation was and baffled on why he would pretend to play dumb? I just let it go and didn’t press any further. This happened a few weeks ago and I’m thinking about it again and it obviously still bothers me because I never got a truthful answer from him. I feel like if I’d even ask about it again he would just continue to lie... idk what to do
