Is it illegal?
Is it illegal to NOT clean up bodily fluids that leaked from a dead body? My step grandmother's brother moved into her house and decided not to clean up the area where she sat for 6 days and her fluids sat on the floor (which is now buckling because of where the fluids sat). I feel like that's a biohazard concern. Plus according to a family friend he also is letting his dogs pee and poop all over the house as well. I'm worried about anyone that moves into the house after him, especially if they have children crawling on the floor. Is there anyway you can report it if it is illegal?
Edit: For those asking, he's 62. And has a speech impediment and is not understandable at all. Apparently he was also taken to the hospital at one point and stunk so bad and had fleas all over him and the doctor wouldn't even come near him. So yea, he's pretty bad.
