Still confused,

If someone here has had this happen and ended up finding out they were pregnant lemme know

I updated the app yesterday to let it know I had bled those days in February. Previously I was supposed to start two days ago. The days that I marked where I bled I was ovulating. I looked into ovulation bleeding and it’s supposed to last 2-4 days and it’s not very heavy. Mine was heavy and lasted 6 days. I took a test yesterday morning and got a faint line, then took another and it looked negative. I’m very very confused. If anyone has any idea or answers or even in the same situation let me know! This happened two years ago , a month before I found out I was pregnant with my 1 year old.

I don’t wanna feel crazy 😂 can a big hormonal change (like pregnancy) cause this? Or do I need to go see my doctor?
