Positive ovulation test blinking smiley face

A few days ago I had posted about how my period is 18 days late. Today I had spotting and it went away (just checked) I took an ovulation test earlier this morning and I thought I didn’t pee enough on it but I did, I got home and it was positive. I took my last one 10 mins ago and it’s blinking that smiley face and it’s definitely positive. How is this possible when I haven’t had a period since Jan 12th ?!?!
