Worried IUGR

I am 35 weeks & 3 days & today my doctor mentioned something about IUGR. But at my ultrasound last week my baby weighed 4lbs & 13oz ... should I be worried they told me I would be getting monitored at each appointment and they also scheduled me another ultrasound once I turn 38 weeks. Anybody had any experience with IUGR, did you to into labor early, did you have a healthy baby? I don’t wanna stress but I’m concerned .. pregnancy was great until now idk if I’m considered high risk or not
