23 weeks baby very low in pelvis? Occasional sharp pains in vagina/butt.

Anyone else at this stage? I’m hoping it’s nothing to be concerned about. 
No contractions or bleeding. 
It’s very uncomfortable though.

Sharp pains in the vagina could be from round ligament pain or lightening crotch which is normal. Pain in the butt could be from a sciatic nerve. Tell your doctor about it though if you're concerned.

I started having pain at 21w with baby #2. I would get a sharp pain in the back door, no idea why!! Baby was head down and low too. No explanation from doctors. I started having contractions around 14w irregularly, and they picked up around 32w. 
I delivered at 37w3d because my water broke. Had a repeat csection, baby was at -2 the whole time.
