What would you wear meeting up with someone for the first time?

So I met him a year ago online. We have never met in person. We thought of having a casual afternoon, possibly for an ice cream or coffee.

I’m shorty so I thought of wearing something comfortable and oversized to look cute but at the same time I don’t want to be too informal. Also he likes boobies (😂😏) so I’m not sure if it’s better to wear a tight top or leave it all to his imagination. What do you think is best for a first appearance? (He has already seen me in pictures of course)
