38+4 belly pain
I was up all night because I was super nauseous and had bad reflux. I first noticed pain all over my belly around midnight and now this morning I’ve had constant cramping and pain all over. It seems to mostly be in my back and upper stomach. Has anyone else experienced this? My biggest fear is being in labor and not realizing until it’s too late lol
