Some light brown CM and cramping

I’m 7w5d today and had my first scan this past Monday where I saw the heartbeat flicker. Last night I saw a bit of discoloration in my CM, the smallest amount and then this morning while laying in bed I had some cramping, not painful but haven’t felt anything like that yet. I’ve had pressure in my abdomen but not actual cramping. I have another ultrasound tomorrow so they can lock down a due date since AF wasn’t regular before getting pregnant. I’m just trying to hold out 24 hours so I can see that heartbeat again. I’ve never had a miscarriage but I’m so paranoid and worried.
