Do you have postpartum back pain?

My back pain has been terrible! It’s all in my lower/mid back on each side of my spine. I did get an epidural and had a c section. Not sure if any of this is normal. Anybody else have the same? What spot is it in? What helps with the pain?

Pelvic floor physio. Your core is likely weakened from pregnancy/delivery.

Go to the chiropractor!!! I had loads of back pain and the chiropractor discovered so many knots in my back that he worked out. I feel so much better!!!

Yes mid to upper back on the left side my spine feels bruised and the area next to it feels numb. I’m 7 months pp

I’ve had it after all 3 kids and no epidural.  I go to the chiropractor and do core workouts and as my core strengthens back up it goes away :)
