SHOULD I WORRY?

So, I’m 21+4 pregnant with twins and my boobs have started leaking clear fluid these past few days. I looked it up and it says that means my body is getting ready for birth. I’m 5 months away from that! Should I be concerned???

You shouldn't be worried. Leaking colostrum this early is very common for many women. I personally never leaked until after birth with my kids, but I've had pregnant friends and relatives who leaked early and everything was just fine.

i’ve been leaking if touched since 16/17 weeks, and now @ 20 weeks and a few days, i’ll leak if i get too cold, hot, tired, upset, excited, etc etc. I’ve been producing A LOT for this point in pregnancy, so i’ve started storing the colostrum in the freezer in the last few days... no reason to keep dirtying shirts and wasting it... i’ll probably use it for milk baths!

I leaked bad with my last one from like 20 weeks on and he was born at 40+5. I just stared leaking a tiny bit with this one and I'm 19 weeks. No reason to worry. Just dont try to hand express or pump as that can possible cause contractions and labor. Good luck!

It can happen in waaay early in pregnancy and will continue getting ready for months still.

I started getting clear fluid at around 16 weeks, I now get like light milky white fluid, and it can sometimes run down my boobs. It's normal, I believe its called colosutum. You body is just preparing itself to feed your babe 💚💚
