Dairy/ Soy Allergy
breastfeeding moms with babies with dairy and soy allergies- do you eat things that say “manufactured on equipment that also processes milk and soy” ? I’m finding a lot of foods that I like to eat don’t have milk and soy in the ingredients but they are made on equipment that processes it. Just looking to see what others think!
