Careers?!

So I want to go back to school (I'm already 22 though). I'm not sure what I want to do, but want it to be around kids. I thought about Early Childhood Education, but are there any other ideas?

Edited to add- I do not want to get a full 4-year degree. 1-3 years is ok.

Edited again- I am currently a licenses cosmetologist and I honestly HATE it. I liked doing facials at one job I had, but my hours were being cut badly, so now I'm back to doing hair and I make TERRIBLE money. Only $7.25/hour, plus tips. (Some days I leave with $5 in tips from an 8 hour shift!) I just need something else, and I love being around kids and that's why I'm trying to find something that doesn't require a lot of school to get into. I'm already paying back $18,500 in student loans for something I hate.
