Feeling defeated
Hey mummas.
I’m just feeling really low at the moment with my weight.
I’ll be 28 weeks this Sunday and I’ve already gained 11kg when I should’ve only gained roughly 7-9 kg going from my BMI and a weight calculator I found through google. Not sure if I should focus on trying to lose the extra weight or what? It really gets me down because after my third baby, I worked really hard to lose weight that has been sitting on me for years and finally lost it all before I fell pregnant again so it’s been a hard and scary process for me to watch the scales go up again. Plus I’m super hungry ALL the time, wanting a lot of the wrong foods. I need help 😭
