Hand Foot Mouth

My 3 year old has hand foot mouth which he brought home from daycare... (yay 😤) this is our first time experiencing this so I’m new at dealing with it and knowing what’s safe and not safe.

I’m a preschool teacher and took today off to stay with him. Since I’ve been exposed should I stay out of work until I know for sure I don’t have it too? I’m nervous about exposing my other staff and students to it but don’t want to miss work if it’s not necessary.
