Ferber method

Has anyone not had success moving their little one to their crib in the nursery and doing Ferber method? (Or something similar?)

The past week my girl has been going to bed around 7 (her normal bedtime) but then working up at 11pm and being awake from 11-1:30 and I’m dying. She has never had a consistent sleep pattern and I just want her to sleep longer stretches at night

She naps in her crib and puts herself to sleep at night so I’m about to just do it because I can’t take it anymore! I see a lot of success stories so I didn’t know if it didn’t work out for some
