Have to rehome pets because of baby's eczema?

We have 3 fur babies and my baby's eczema is flaring up after we got this dog 1 day ago. 
Has anyone or anyone you know of had to rehome fur babies because of eczema??

My parents had cats and a dog my entire childhood, I had eczema but no one ever told my parents it was caused by the pets... I’ve never even heard of that. I’ve had pets my whole life and my eczema cleared up in my teen years until recently (pregnancy-related)

Eczema in infants is common, even for homes without animals. I lived with animals as a child and only recently eczema started to flare up. The only other sibling of mine who had it was an infant at the time and hasn’t had a flare since he was 1. He’s 9 now.

I’ve had eczema my whole life elbow creases, under bra line and panty line area. Always had a pet. Dr’s said mine is contact based,so I have to be careful of what soaps I use in the shower and on my clothes, and sometimes one bottle of wash exact brand can be different combinations to the bottle behind it. Get a good oatmeal based lotion and you can keep your pets.

Is the dog licking the baby? I’m asking because my neighbor likes my dog, but if he licks her, her skin breaks out. She said she’s allergic to something in the dogs saliva

No my daughter had eczema she does hve a dog allergy but I dnt think that’s what caused it. 
I used African black soap (the bar) to bathe my baby and then added coconut oil to the affected area or honestly her whole body and it went away and never came back we tried prescriptions & creams they just made it worse. 
African black soap is natural and it’s good for ur skin. 
Best thing ever Bc it would fare up so bad it looked painful
