I actually know 2 different couples like this. I work with a lady who is having some sort of relationship with one of our security guards. The security guard is engaged. I've made it known that I think it's trash. The other one is our other security guard. He's dating a woman who is married. His excuse is "she's not happy". Uhm. Okay, she's also not going to ever divorce him so what does that tell you? (Her words, not mine) I no longer talk to either on a personal level, strictly professional.

At this point in my life, I don't want to hang out with people who do obviously unethical shit like that. 
I don't have the heart or the patience. There's enough evil here online, I don't need to be around shitty people in person.

Agree to disagree. She’s my friend regardless of her life choices. If she was sleeping around, wanted to change her sex to a man, was a stripper, or whatever else, her life decisions and her choices, she’s still my friend. As long as she’s not dragging me down, I’d still be her friend. It’s not affecting my life. It’s her decision. Like drunken hook ups of texting an ex when we are dunk etc. We all make bad decisions and all have in life. Who am I  to judge. All you can do is express your opinion but in the end it’s her decision.

Agree to disagree. Both my bestie & I have done things that the other didn’t agree with, hell, we’ve even had a few fights over the years where we didn’t talk for weeks, but we’ve always still been there for each other regardless. We’re not willing to lose such a close long term friendship over stupid decisions.
