I went to the doctors and they gave me a ultra sound and said I have Follicles on my left Ovaries that look like ovulation is going too start. I’m really knew to all of this since my periods are sorta coming every month. Does this mean I’m in ovulation stage? Even tho all of my ovulation tests are negative? I deal with pcos. And was told testing strips won’t detect ovulation.
